Shipping

We ship with DHL, DPD and UPS. The choice of shipping carrier depends on the destination region, the parcel volume and availability.

Other countries on request.

For a pickup at one of our locations there are of course no shipping costs.

*In the case of shipment to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid via us or invoiced by us, but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. For details, please contact the respective competent authorities.

Shipping to Switzerland

We work with a shipping partner who is responsible for customs clearance, invoicing and shipping goods to Switzerland. This means that the service provider's fees are already included in the purchase price and shipping costs, so you receive your goods with customs duties already paid and without any additional charges.

Returns

We stand for a clean environment and want to save transport routes as much as possible. However, your satisfaction is also very important to us. Therefore we offer you the possibility to return products.

Customers are asked to avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in the original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the possession of the buyer, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit and to avoid any claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.

For sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the return is excluded if the seal was removed after delivery.
