BellaBambi® is a suction cup that can release fascia and is used in beauty and wellness as well as in sports and therapy.

The BellaBambi® suction cups are made of biocompatible, dermatologically safe
silicone. They are suitable for professional use in studios or practices as well as for self-application at home, in the office, or on the go.

The modern massage aid BellaBambi® is available in four intensities and three sizes and is exclusively made in Germany.

BellaBambi® is suitable for a variety of applications in the areas of beauty, wellness, and sports. Popular uses include care for connective tissue and skin tightening. On the one hand, the skin on your own body varies greatly in texture, ranging from tough to very sensitive.

On the other hand, depending on the area of use and purpose of the cups, different intensities are required. Gentle beauty treatments can be achieved with BellaBambi® SENSITIVE. Treatments that require stronger effects on the tissue, as is the case in sports and physiotherapy, are better suited with INTENSE. The intensities REGULAR and ACTIVE offer universal options.

Additionally, depending on the location of the cups on the body and depending on the individual condition of the tissue, the pulling forces may be perceived as stronger or weaker.

We recommend a trio set with three different intensities for comprehensive application possibilities from head to toe.

BellaBambi® is made exclusively in Germany from biocompatible silicone. In over ten years, there have been no reports of skin irritations possibly caused by the material.

Biocompatible materials have no negative impact on living organisms.

Therefore, there is no material interaction. Among other things, the status of "biocompatibility" is required for
implants.

No. Due to the unique properties of BellaBambi® silicone, no addition of plasticizers or other volatile organic components (VOC) is necessary.

Instructions for use are included with each of our BellaBambi® products. They are also linked on most product pages in the online shop.

You can probably use BellaBambi® your entire life because it is virtually indestructible.

A single application with BellaBambi® should initially not last longer than 20 seconds at the placement site. Then check your skin and how you feel, and gradually work your way up to longer application times.

Note that bruises can appear after just a few minutes if you leave BellaBambi® in one spot and do not move it over the skin. Always monitor your own well-being or the well-being of the person you are applying BellaBambi® to.

• Drink plenty of still water
• Eat light meals
• Rest afterwards
• Pay attention to a comfortable intensity and allow several repetitions with a few days of rest in between; the rule is not: "more is better"

The BellaBambi® Cupping Oil, specially developed for Cupping, is the perfect companion to the suction cups: it has a light lavender scent and features a unique blend of organic ingredients that allow the cup to glide smoothly over the skin.

BellaBambi® is also compatible with other oils. So far, we are not aware of any oils for which we would advise against using with BellaBambi®.

The suction and the associated pulling and shearing forces under the cup can cause cupping marks. These are harmless to health.

However, in this case, the intensity should be reduced or the cup should be left in one spot for a shorter time. Multiple short repetitions instead of one long application are also recommended.

These body areas must not be treated:

• Lymph nodes
• Glands
• Nipples
• Genital area and anus
• Eyes (eyelids) and ears
• Lips and oral cavity

In these cases, consultation with a doctor is required before use:

• Pregnancy
• Inflammations
• Varicose veins
• Tendency to bruising
• Ulcers
• Irritable skin conditions such as psoriasis or hives
• Therapies with blood-thinning medications
• Tumors
• Morbus Sudeck (CRPS)
• Unclear or acute illnesses

Under these circumstances, you must not use BellaBambi®:

• on open wounds
• complete ligament rupture
• muscle fiber tear
• muscle bundle tear
• acute injuries / bleeding

1. Option: Reduce the suction power of the cup by squeezing less strongly or by using a lower setting on the dial (BellaBambi® multi).
2. Option: Use lubricating skin care products, especially if BellaBambi® is to be moved over the skin.
3. Option: Choose a gentler cup intensity.

Yes, we follow the argument of Ilkay Zihni Chirali (Cupping Therapy in Chinese Medicine. Munich: Urban & Fischer Verlag. 2008), who "can almost guarantee that after a three-month cupping treatment, 'satisfactory' results will be achieved." (p. 167) By "cupping treatment," the author means the "light cupping head massage." Although he describes the cupping method, he classifies the "light cupping head massage" as a "safe cupping method." (ibid. p. 73) Chirali recommends generously oiling the skin, a 10-minute massage on each side, and moving the applications toward the groin, as this improves fat metabolism.

Chirali recommends combining this with daily 30-50 minutes of walking, a fluid intake of 2.5 liters per day (water, tea), and reducing salt consumption because salt promotes water retention in the cells.

In principle, yes, but we recommend special sensitivity. Experience shows that a gentle application from the 6th week is pleasant. For older children, soft BellaBambi® (intensity: SENSITIVE) should also be used, as their skin can still be very sensitive.

It is advisable to dose the applications gently, use a sufficient amount of oil, and cup with BellaBambi® mini SENSITIVE. Also: be attentive and take the child's signals seriously! If they show signs of discomfort, the application should not be continued. After the application, a final massage with the hands is extremely soothing.

It is not uncommon for the skin to be dehydrated and the subcutaneous tissue to no longer be as well padded with fat. That is why we recommend BellaBambi® SENSITIVE for seniors and older individuals. Alternatively, REGULAR can also be used and compressed more gently.

Always pay attention to your own condition or that of the person being treated.

These are the most common causes:

• The opening of the BellaBambi® must fully touch your skin. Especially on joints or rounded body areas, make sure the cup is completely applied. This is easiest with BellaBambi® mini.
• You may need to squeeze the BellaBambi® a bit more firmly before placing it on the skin and releasing it.
• For heavy body hair, a massage oil helps improve adhesion. If that doesn’t help either, shaving is unavoidable...
