Payment methods

We offer the following methods of payment:

Cash payment

You pay upon pickup at one of our locations.

Credit card

We accept VISA and Mastercard. Upon confirmed payment, we immediately start the processing and shipping process.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can easily pay with it. Upon confirmation of payment, we will immediately start the processing and shipping process.

Invoice with Klarna

You can also pay by invoice. For this we use the service provider Klarna. Upon confirmation of payment, we immediately start the processing and shipping process.

Bank transfer via Sofortüberweisung

If you use online banking and have the access data at hand, you can authorize Sofortüberweisung. Upon confirmation of payment, we immediately start the processing and shipping process.

Prepayment

You transfer directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as reason for payment. Your order will be shipped after we have received the money on our account.

Please note regarding prepayment: You will not receive the bank details in the automatic order confirmation (sent immediately after your purchase), but only once we have checked and confirmed your order, usually within 24 hours or on the next working day.
