Facial Cupping combines gentle suction massage with mindful facial care. The Facial Cupping bundle offers the perfect combination of two especially conformable BellaBambi® Cups and a practical guide. The different sizes allow for targeted applications on the forehead, cheeks, and chin, as well as on delicate areas around the nose, mouth, and eyes.
In the book “FACE CUPPING,” Natalia Matulla presents her CUPPOPHORIA® method with ten coordinated techniques. Clear illustrations, step-by-step instructions, and supplementary instructional videos accessed via QR codes help you develop a personalized facial routine and learn how to use the Cups.
The two BellaBambi® Cups are especially suitable for sensitive areas of skin. While the mini gently massages larger areas of the face, the particularly small nano enables precise application on narrow and hard-to-reach areas. The suction created produces a three-dimensional massage, further enhanced by the special exfoliating edge.

mini Ø 2 cm • For delicate applications on small areas. Ideal for small joints, narrow areas of the body, the face & décolletage, as well as hands and feet.
original Ø 3.4 cm • The all-rounder – suitable for use from head to toe. Also stays in place on larger joints.
maxi Ø 4.7 cm • The best choice for applications on large areas, e.g. the back, abdomen, buttocks, or thighs.

SENSITIVE - white & lemon yellow • Ideal for applications on sensitive areas of the body, such as the face. For sensitive people or gentle applications from head to toe. Ideal for beauty care or relaxing massages.
REGULAR - bramble & orange • For somewhat stronger applications, e.g. for cellulite, wrinkles, stretch marks, or mild muscle tension. The pleasantly gentle intensity offers a wide range of uses, from beauty care and wellness massage to fascia fitness!
ACTIVE - pink & signal blue • For active and athletic people or for stronger applications. A little stronger than REGULAR, but not quite as intense as INTENSE!

BellaBambi® is a suction cup that can release fascia and is used in beauty and wellness as well as in sports and therapy.
The BellaBambi® suction cups are made of biocompatible, dermatologically safe silicone. They are suitable for professional use in studios or practices as well as for self-application at home, in the office, or on the go.
The modern massage aid BellaBambi® is available in four intensities and three sizes and is exclusively made in Germany.
Do the different colors of the cups have any significance?
BellaBambi® is available in four intensities. For each intensity, there are two colors to choose from:
SENSITIVE: white, lemon yellow
REGULAR: orange, bramble
ACTIVE: pink, signal blue
INTENSE: ruby red, night blue
Within the intensities, you can choose the color you like best!
How long can and should I use BellaBambi®?
You can probably use BellaBambi® your whole life because it is virtually indestructible.
A single application with BellaBambi® should initially not last longer than 20 seconds at the spot (Placing). Then check your skin and how you feel, and gradually work your way up to longer application times.
Note that suction marks can appear after just a few minutes if you leave BellaBambi® in one place and do not move it over the skin. Always monitor your own well-being or the well-being of the person you are applying BellaBambi® to.
How do I clean the suction cups?
- BellaBambi® can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand using regular dish soap or soap.
- All aldehyde-free disinfectants can be used on the cups.
- The cups are temperature resistant up to over 200 °C, so they can also be steam sterilized.
